Butterfly Pea Flower Milk and Honey Icing • White Chocolate Ganache Truffle • Lavender Sugar Crunch
Butterfly pea flowers are steeped in milk and honey to develop the beautiful base for this icing, creating a naturally vibrant blue glaze for our signature raised brioche donut. The honey provides both structure and mild sweetness, allowing the floral notes to linger.
Each donut is then finished with a house-made lavender sugar crunch, made in a 3 step, multi-day process from dried lavender and concentrated butterfly pea tea, with a touch of citrus acid to sharpen the flavor and deepen the color.
Winter Blues is featured on our March 2026 menu and prepared daily in limited quantities throughout the month.
