A career at Lantern begins with a love for our local people and creating delicious and one-of-a-kind hospitality experiences for them. This focus expands to welcoming everyone into our space to pickup fresh donuts and coffee or enjoy a lingering, memorable moment in our dining room when it opens in 2026.

Lantern Donuts isn’t just about exceptional product, it’s about the people who bring it to life each day. As we move toward our grand opening, we’re adding a few more to our team who work with consistency and care, and want to raise the level of hospitality here in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

We are looking for people who notice the small things, follow through, and understand how much the experience matters. The kind of people who know that details add up and leave a lasting impression. Thoughtful and kind, hardworking and focused. Previous experience in elevated hospitality and restaurants is preferred but not required.
