The Pie'd Pumpkin

House-Made Pumpkin Pie Custard • Whipped Vanilla Bean Cream • Spiced Candy Dust

We begin with making a pumpkin pie custard from scratch, then puree it and pipe it into a raised brioche donut, topped with a stabilized whip cream. We then made a pumpkin spice candy and sprinkle it over the top. It's absolutely delicious.
