The Nicoleconut is the result of a special collaboration between Lantern Donuts and Nicole Hanson Real Estate. Nicole wanted coconut to be the star of the show. After a couple of rounds of taste testing ingredients and donuts, our Chef created her perfect coconutty delight. 

As always, everything we do at Lantern is made from the best ingredients, and this donut is no different. The Nicoleconut is dipped in our house-made toasted coconut icing made with coconut and vanilla bean. The donut is then drizzled with our house made Belgium chocolate glaze, topped with a dallop of whipped coconut cream, and finished with a sprinkle of our chef's toffee.
