The Morel explores earthy and roasted flavors through a combination of coffee and wild mushrooms. Our raised brioche donut is dipped in a cold brew icing that brings deep coffee character and mild bitterness to the build. Candied morel mushrooms are layered over the top, adding texture and a subtle savory note, while coral mushroom powdered sugar finishes the donut with an earthy contrast.
