GARNET SWEET POTATO CAKE
Purple Sweet Potato Icing • Maple Marshmallow

Our chef roasted and pureed garnet sweet potatoes and mixed that into our donut cake batter. He then juiced some purple sweet potato for the sugar icing. To finish it off, he made some marshmallows in-house with egg white and pure maple syrup. The marshmallow is placed in the center and toasted perfectly before serving.
