Inspired by the classic Italian affogato, this donut brings together coffee and cream in a single build. Our raised brioche donut is dipped in an espresso icing made to highlight the rich character of freshly roasted coffee. A scoop of vanilla bean semifreddo is placed on top, providing a smooth, frozen contrast to the warm coffee notes below. Candied almonds add texture and a subtle nuttiness, while a dusting of cocoa powder finishes the donut.
