Introducing Southern Salted Nana’ Puddin’ — a donut inspired by @Spokane Eats’ Texas roots, where BBQ is sacred and banana pudding is a way of life.
This one is personal.
Chandler took everything she loves about a classic Southern banana pudding — creamy, fruity, smooth — and together with Chef Paul of Lantern Donuts, turned it into an unforgettable flavor combination. It starts with a soft, fluffy donut stuffed with freshly made banana pudding (the real deal… no artificial banana flavor). Then comes a rich butterscotch frosting for added depth, a touch of grey sea salt to balance the sweetness, and a sugared, brûlée'd banana to finish.
