Burnt rosemary candy finishes the topping, made by burning fresh rosemary, blending it with organic raw sugar, and then freeze-drying it to create a satisfying sugar crunch that gets sprinkled on top. This extra touch brings that subtle smoky, almost pine-like note that together with the dark chocolate and toasted marshmallow, evokes those fall evenings around the campfire.
