Prosciutto e Melone is a classic Italian pairing of ripe melon and cured prosciutto, known for the contrast between sweet fruit and savory, salty meat. Our version starts with raised brioche dipped in a house-made cantaloupe icing, then finished with thinly sliced prosciutto and fresh basil.
The cantaloupe brings a light, fresh sweetness, while the prosciutto adds salt and richness. Fresh basil finishes the donut with an aromatic note that works naturally with both.
