Lavender and vanilla are a natural pairing, and this Chef’s Choice lets both come through. Our raised brioche is dipped in vanilla bean icing with a stripe of lavender icing across the top, giving the donut a soft floral flavor without losing the richness of the vanilla.
In the center, we place a white chocolate lavender truffle made from scratch in-house. The white chocolate gives the lavender a creamy, rich base, with a dusting of gold to finish.
