Description
Our latest geisha comes from Santa Barbara in Honduras. Geisha beans are grown all over the world, but are best known for their exceptional floral and fruity notes. Furthermore, they are difficult to grow so they are rare and exclusive. This coffee offers a beautifully balanced, almost tea like palate. Espresso brings out strong notes of honey and citrus, while a pour over will highlight the floral elements of the coffee. As with all finer coffees, the subtleties are where they truly stand out. We recommend you slow down a touch and sip it as your cup cools. The palate will shift dynamically and provide you the experience that Geishas are known for! We encourage trying new coffees to explore the world, and while this is a light roast we love it for its delicate and layered palate.
