Our delicious cake donut is transformed into holiday gingerbread with spices added, including ginger, black pepper, cloves, and molasses.
To balance out the spiced flavor and add delicious sweetness, our chef made a deliciously light and sugary cream cheese icing with vanilla bean and lemon to dip it in.
We then zested and juiced some tangerines to make a citrus glaze to stripe across. It’s finished with just a touch of candied ginger making this donut absolutely perfect with a blend of spicy, sweet, and tangy.
