Inspired by the fresh evergreen character of the Pacific Northwest, Fir + Fern brings together bright pine notes with a smooth, creamy finish. Our raised brioche donut is dipped in a fir tip icing made to highlight the natural citrus and resinous qualities of young fir tips without becoming overpowering. Candied fir and fern tips are added over the top for texture and a subtle herbal sweetness, while a fir tip cream at the center rounds out the build.
