New to our roaster's choice lineup is this exclusive microlot! Co-fermentation is relatively new in the craft coffee scene and it has taken many coffee lovers by surprise. This process follows a non-standard fermentation process that includes tropical fruit, which in part add tasting notes to the coffee. Added to the natural sweetness of the purple caturra varietal and you get a fruit-bomb coffee. This one stood out among other co-ferments we tried and we are so excited to offer it. If you are want to experience something new and exclusive this bean is for you!
Tasting Notes - Fruit forward reminiscent of mango and sweet desert wine. Balanced body, sweetness and a lovely citrus complexity. Subtle cocoa characteristics complement the beautiful fruit tones.
