For Saint Valentine’s Day and the month of love, we finally got a chance to make an incredible cherry-filled donut. Our signature raised brioche dough is filled with organic sour cherry preserves made fresh in-house by our chef, bringing a delicious treat in the center. The donut is topped with a cream frosting lightly touched with ginger candy, adding sweetness without overpowering the fruit. This donut is then finished with a cherry reduction drizzle over the top of it all.
Tastes deliciously sweet - like your favorite cherry pie and cake met and fell in love. Prepared from scratch in-house at Lantern using thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
