OLIVE OIL CARROT CAKE DONUT
Fresh Juiced Carrot Vanilla Bean Icing • Cream Cheese & Walnut Purée Drizzle • Brown Sugar Roasted Walnut Crumble
A seasonal expression of carrot cake, built from the ground up. Freshly juiced carrots are used both in the icing and in the olive oil cake donut itself, along with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Each donut is dipped in carrot–vanilla bean icing, then drizzled with a cream cheese icing blended with toasted walnuts that have been purée'd. Brown sugar roasted walnuts are added to finish, bringing texture and a lightly salted sweetness.
Prepared from scratch using seasonal ingredients and available throughout March 2026 in limited quantities.
