Our take on the classic Pêche Melba brings together two of late summer’s best fruits: fresh peaches and raspberries. Our raised brioche donut is dipped in a house-made raspberry icing, then topped with slices of fresh peach and ripe raspberries. A vanilla bean cream adds richness to the fruit, bringing the familiar combination of peaches, raspberry, and vanilla together in true Lantern form.
Fresh, hand-selected fruit from our local farms does most of the work here, making Pêche Melba a fitting donut for the height of summer.
