That means our pastry chef expertly sources the highest quality matcha from a local shop, and everything is made with clean, organic ingredients. Chef Paul begins by making a distinctly beautiful and delicious matcha glaze - naturally colored and flavored with only premium matcha - to dip our signature raised brioche donut in. We also very lightly drizzle the glaze with some premium white chocolate. We then whip up a very light and delicate whipped cream using only the finest matcha, cream, and just a touch of honey (which is classic for matcha service) and pipe it into the donut hole.
