He has fond memories of he and his dad enjoying mint chocolate chip ice cream as a treat together, and he wanted a donut that took him back to those moments with his dad.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur chef here at Lantern Donuts was excited to help recreate this fond memory in donut form. So, leveraging spearmint and a delicious Belgian chocolate, our chef created this exceptional signature donut for James Sprague. And on first taste test, it took him right back to those moments as a kid. We started with our delicious raised brioche donut, created with all-organic ingredients including glyphosate-free organic flour which is so important for health. We then dipped that donut in a Belgian chocolate glaze, and finished it with a mint icing striped pattern, and a special mint sugar crunch our chef made in-house.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJames's wife Danica discovered us here at Lantern, and as a functional nutritionist, she is extremely careful with what she recommends, as she helps craft James' nutrition program and food intake. Danica makes sure that as high performance athlete, everything James consumes is as clean as possible which is critical to get right, since James competes regularly on the world stage as a Champion CrossFit athlete. James likes to say that Lantern Donuts are \"wife approved\".
